By concentrating on material trends – such as the effects of the expanding global population and the rising need for food, energy, and housing – we focus on delivering both a healthy financial return and a constructive social influence. We take into account how the previously mentioned factors affect the Material Sustainability Drivers and use them as a base to make our decisions, such as whether to stop, reduce, replace, recycle, or innovate.
