M. Demajo (Graphic Arts) Limited, a subsidiary of the M. Demajo Group of Companies, is one of the leading suppliers to the local printing and packaging industry and is seeking to recruit a proactive and highly organized Warehouse & Office Administrator to join our team!

Reporting to the General Manager, the chosen candidate will be performing financial and administrative tasks, enforcing warehousing policies and procedures, and ensuring smooth daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To issue sales invoices, perform stock adjustments, input costings, reconcile payments and manage petty cash.
  • To prepare payment requisitions and generate weekly debtors reports to support debt collection.
  • To handle data processing.
  • To liaise with different departments as required.
  • To manage weekly mini stock takes as well as yearly full stock takes.
  • To enforce warehousing policies and procedures.
  • To support the Managing Director and General Manager with budgets, reports, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Positive mentality with a ‘Can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Willing to learn and undergo training if necessary.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Navision will be considered as an asset.
