CSL Data Centre Services a subsidiary of the M. Demajo Group, is a technology service provider that focuses on delivering Data Centre Services and IT Outsourcing services to 100+ enterprise customers in the Gaming Industry, Financial Services, Telcos and Government, with 30 FTE’s who are passionate about technology and have a customer centric approach.
We are now seeking to recruit a Full Time Technical Support Specialist to join our current team.
The chosen candidate will be reporting to the Services Team Lead and will be responsible for executing the following main duties amongst others:
Constantly monitoring system health, report anomalies and conducting troubleshooting.
Responsible for the setup and maintenance of Windows Servers, scaling with your level of expertise.
Monitoring firewalls and performing basic administration tasks, such as setting up VPN users.
Managing user access, roles, and system security.
Administration of O365 & Microsoft Exchange services.
Working with various hypervisors, including VMware and Hyper-V.
Providing tiered technical support to clients, from basic to advanced issues.
Working alongside other departments for project execution, coordinating as needed.
The ideal candidate must have skills and competence in Microsoft Windows Server & Workstations, Exchange, Active Directory & Hypervisors will be considered as an asset.
The Company will provide on the job training to the right candidate and also provide exposure to Veeam, VMware, Hyper-V, Linux, Lenovo Servers, Switches & Firewalls.
Preference will be given to candidates having more than one year’s experience in the role or similar.
