M. Demajo (Timbers) Limited is a market leader in the local scene with decades of experience in the flooring sector and is seeking to recruit a Storekeeper / Delivery Driver to join their current team. The chosen candidate will be assisting in the day to day running of the stores and will be ensuring that clients are serviced efficiently in accordance to the Company’s standards.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for:
- Preparing goods for delivery and/or shipment;
- Checking-in and checking-out deliveries and ensuring that the necessary documentation is in order;
- Maintaining proper and up-to-date records related to the movement of stock;
- Loading / unloading of goods, unpacking and storing materials, supplies and equipment;
- Effecting deliveries and ensuring that invoices and cash sales are signed by both client and employee:
- Operating the fork lifter as required;
- Maintaining store equipment and ensuring a safe environment.
Interested candidates must:
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role;
- Possess a valid and clean Category C and C1 Driving Licence;
- Possess a certification in Forklift operation;
- Have good written and oral communication skills in both Maltese and English language;
- Be customer orientated;
- Be smart and reliable;
