Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for people, compliance, and smooth operations? We are looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join our team and provide critical support across all areas of the human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting management in identifying recruitment needs and defining job roles, duties, and working conditions.
  • Creating and updating job descriptions, and identifying necessary qualifications and skills.
  • Preparing and publishing job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Generating reports and analyzing HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Advising management on compliance matters and supporting the implementation of appropriate solutions.
  • Assisting in disciplinary proceedings, including drafting warning and reprimand letters.
  • Administering onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Liaising with external authorities, such as Jobsplus, Identità, and the Commissioner for Revenue, as required.
  • Ensuring employees are informed of company policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee absences and maintaining accurate leave records.
  • Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Updating and maintaining records in the company’s HR and payroll software.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment, including entry-level HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administrative procedures and employment processes.
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll software, ideally Shireburn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

  • Hold a certificate in Employment Law.
  • Have experience in payroll administration.
