Waiter/Waitress (FSL – W 07/23)

Franchise Solutions Limited is seeking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress to join their team at the Illy Caffé outlet in Valletta. The selected candidate will be working alongside an excellent team to help ensure our customers receive the best possible experience at the restaurant.

Amongst other duties the waiter/waitress will be taking orders and passing them onto the kitchen staff, as well as delivering delightful meals to the customers, handling cash and card transactions and tidying tables.

Requirements: 

• Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence with handling cash and electronic transactions
• Basic maths skills
• Great time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven experience working with food and beverages is a plus
