M. Demajo (Services) Limited, a subsidiary within the M. Demajo Group, is seeking to recruit a Full Time Logistics Clerk to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment whilst maintaining the highest standard of good practice.

The chosen candidate will be assisting and providing support to the Head of Logistics and will be responsible for the clearance of customs, general / fleet insurance and office administration.

Main duties include:

• Handling the preparation and processing of customs entries, import/export documentation and related regulatory requirements.

• Maintaining accurate operational records, consignment files and logistics data within internal systems.

• Supporting the administration of company assets and fleet, including licensing, insurance, and maintenance coordination.

• Managing insurance coverage and assisting with claims to ensure timely and efficient resolution.

• Providing cross functional support within the logistics/operations team and assisting with tasks as required to ensure smooth workflow.

• Upholding high standards of accuracy, service quality, and compliance in all duties performed.

• Carrying out additional tasks or responsibilities that may arise in support of team and business needs.

The ideal Candidate must:

  • Have excellent verbal and written skills in both Maltese & English.
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.          
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Previous experience in the role or similar would be considered as an asset. Knowledge of customs procedures will also be considered as an advantage.
