M. Demajo & Company Limited is seeking to recruit a Junior Sales Manager.
This position calls for a responsible, motivated and enthusiastic person who can work on his/her own initiative. The selected person will be reporting to the Assistant General Manager.
The ideal candidate must:
- Achieving both short and long-term objectives for sales growth.
- Developing & Implementing sales campaigns for the products provided by the Company.
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of commission structures for sub-ordinates.
- Be responsible for the planning and implementation of the sales routes.
- Coordinating with other Departments on developments required to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring customer contact activities related to products provided by the Company.
- Monitoring aged debtors analysis with the Credit Control Manager and Brand Executives
- Ensuring a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
Interested candidates should possess the following:
- Sales experience in fast-moving consumer goods;
- Be customer orientated;
- Problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Be smart and reliable at all times.
- A very good command of written and verbal communication skills in English
The selected candidate will be given full product training.
