We are seeking an experienced General Manager to drive the success of our operations. As GM, you will lead a talented team, manage client relationships, and steer the company towards continued growth and profitability. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the future of our company.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of the Company including its activities and the relationships between the suppliers, clients, and industry.
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and enhance our service offerings.
Take ownership of the company’s financial performance, driving profitability and managing budgets.
We’re looking for an individual with:
A minimum of 4 years in travel, tourism, or hospitality, with 2+ years in a leadership role within a DMC or similar environment.
A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
A strong business acumen with experience in financial management and strategic planning.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A forward-thinking leader who can identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field.
Understanding of automated travel technology would be considered advantageous.
