Barista (FS – B 07/23)

Franchise Solutions Limited is looking for an experienced Barista who can deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and a winning smile.

Reporting to the Outlets Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a friendly relationship with customers whilst ensuring that they receive prompt service of our delicious fare.

Main duties will include:

• Greeting customers
• Giving customers drink menus and answering their questions accordingly
• Taking orders whilst paying attention to details such as preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios
• Preparing beverages according to set recipe
• Serving beverages and prepared food
• Receiving and processing payments
• Checking if brewing equipment operates properly

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Barista
• Hands on experience with cash registers and Ordering Information System
• Hands on experience with brewing equipment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English is essential
• Preference will be given to candidates who are in possession of Food & Beverage qualifications
