Franchise Solutions Limited is looking for an experienced Barista who can deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and a winning smile.
Reporting to the Outlets Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a friendly relationship with customers whilst ensuring that they receive prompt service of our delicious fare.
Main duties will include:
- Greeting customers
- Giving customers drink menus and answering their questions accordingly
- Taking orders whilst paying attention to details such as preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios
- Preparing beverages according to set recipe
- Serving beverages and prepared food
- Receiving and processing payments
- Checking if brewing equipment operates properly
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista
- Hands on experience with cash registers and Ordering Information System
- Hands on experience with brewing equipment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential
- Preference will be given to candidates who are in possession of Food & Beverage qualifications
