M. Demajo (Services) Limited is currently seeking to recruit a meticulous and responsible individual in the position of Accounts Clerk.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the selected candidate will be performing the following main duties amongst others:
- Posting in accounting ledgers and other entries;
- Posting monthly bank and cash vouchers;
- Liaising with clients and vendors;
- Preparing monthly reconciliations;
- Assisting in monthly inventory count;
- Compiling reports;
- Filing and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position;
- Have a minimum qualification at O level standard or equivalent in Accounts;
- Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English;
- Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel;
- Be familiar with accounting software;
- Be organized, methodical and have an eye for detail;
- Be an effective team player;
Verbal communication in Maltese will be considered an asset.
