We are currently seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and data entry support to our Contracting Department on a temporary part-time basis.
The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring the accurate input, maintenance, and updating of supplier rates, contractual data, and related information within the company’s internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, has a strong eye for detail, and is comfortable working with computer systems and data.
🔹 Main Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update supplier rates within the company’s systems
• Assist with uploading and maintaining supplier profiles and contractual information
• Update rates in line with seasonal changes and revised agreements
• Ensure all data entered is accurate, consistent, and up to date
• Support the Contracting Manager with general administrative duties
• Maintain organised and structured records within the system
• Liaise with internal team members when required to ensure data accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and data entry
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
🔹 Working Conditions:
• Casual engagement of approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible working hours, as agreed with the department
• Based at M. Demajo Head Office, Valletta
• Temporary engagement for an estimated duration of approximately 2–3 months, depending on operational requirements and project completion
