Overall Purpose:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the growth and visibility of IoT Solutions Ltd. by promoting our innovative IoT products and digital platforms across local and international markets. This role combines creativity with commercial focus, developing impactful marketing campaigns, managing online channels, and engaging directly with clients to convert opportunities into lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will be both technically curious and business-oriented, contributing to the company’s continued expansion through effective communication, lead generation, and customer success.
The suitable candidate should:
- Be based in Malta, fluent in Maltese and English, and in possession of a valid driving license.
- Experience in digital marketing, including the creation of online content, social media campaigns, and basic website management.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn about emerging IoT technologies, cloud platforms, and digital business solutions.
- Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company’s website using WIX, ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, and strong SEO performance to maximize online visibility.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using Canva, including engaging social media ads, email newsletters, and promotional materials that effectively reach and convert the target audience.
- Identify and prospect new clients in line with the company’s strategic growth objectives, nurturing relationships to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare tailored proposals and quotations for prospective clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, technical validation, and long-term satisfaction with delivered solutions.
- Track and manage opportunities using the company’s CRM – Pipedrive, maintaining accurate records of leads, communications, and deal progress.
- Represent IoT Solutions Ltd. at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings locally and abroad, acting as a professional ambassador of the brand and its innovative solutions.
