Overall Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to support the commercial growth and client success of our innovative IoT solutions.

In this role, you will nurture strong client relationships, manage ongoing accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations. You’ll ensure that each client receives the highest level of service — from the first contact to project delivery and after-sales follow-up.

You will act as the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and a seamless customer experience.

The suitable candidate should:

Based in Malta, fluent in Maltese and English, with a valid driving license.

Hold a qualification at MQF Level 5 or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Be tech-savvy and eager to learn about IoT technologies and digital solutions.

Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.

Be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Positive, resilient, and client-oriented mindset.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

​Prospect new clients in accordance with the company’s strategy.

Manage relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Prepare proposals, quotations with support from internal teams when required.

Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure client success, from validation to adoption.

Track opportunities and activities using the company CRM system.

Represent IoT Solutions at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings locally and abroad.
