M. Demajo (Wines & Spirits) Ltd is seeking to recruit a Full-Time Marketing Executive who will support the Marketing Manager in the effective execution of daily marketing operations, driving activities & events that enhance brand visibility, optimise product placement, and deliver successful marketing campaigns.
The selected person will be joining a dynamic team in an exciting and confident working environment, which motivates good performances towards continuous growth. The selected candidate will be performing the following duties (amongst others):
- To drive brand visibility and growth across all trade channels by aligning strategies with company and supplier standards;
 - To conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide regular performance reports;
 - To prepare and submit regular marketing reports on supplier performance, campaign outcomes, and marketing budget to ensure alignment with company objectives;
 - To track, monitor, and maintain marketing expenses versus budget, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and cost-effectively;
 - To plan, coordinate, and flawlessly execute all brand events, displays, and promotional campaigns, ensuring strong customer engagement;
 - To build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders;
 - To maintain strong coordination with the sales team to support marketing requests;
 - To develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, draft and submit press releases, articles, and other publications to enhance brand visibility and secure positive coverage;
 - To develop and publish engaging, brand-aligned content across social media platforms;
 - To assist with the purchasing of point-of-sale material, support marketing initiatives, and participate in calls, seminars, and fairs locally and abroad;
 
Interested candidates must:
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing or related role;
 - Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field;
 - Be innovative, diligent, creative and have good presentation skills;
 - Be a team player and have a hands-on approach towards work;
 - Be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
 - Be capable of undertaking analysis of marketing campaigns;
 - Be able to handle multiple projects and to deliver at an international level;
 - Be able to organize and manage events;
 - Be able to plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns;
 - Have good knowledge of social media and web analytics;
 - Have an excellent level of verbal and written communication skills in Maltese & English;
 - Be proficient in MS Office and graphic design software;
 - Be willing to work weekends and public holidays when events are scheduled;
 - Possess a driving license.
