M. Demajo (Services) Limited is seeing to recruit a full-time Housekeeper to work at the Head Office.
Apart from ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of the office spaces, common areas, sanitary facilities and other usual housekeeping duties, the selected candidate will also be responsible for identifying the company’s grocery needs and for the preparation of hot/cold beverages and snacks for meetings.
Main Responsibilities are:
- To clean and disinfect offices, stairs, floors, windows, furniture and hallways on a regular basis.
- To clean kitchens and restrooms on a daily basis and to ensure that the necessary toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided.
- To clean, dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- To ensure that the reception area is kept clean at all times.
- To empty trash and ensure that it is hauled away regularly.
- To cultivate plants and flowers in reception areas and other public places.
- To prepare and serve coffee and tea as well as sandwiches where applicable.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role. He/she must be a team player and have good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese.
