Newtech Limited, a subsidiary within the M. Demajo Group, is seeking to recruit a driven, professional, and highly motivated Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant to join our growing team and represent leading global cybersecurity brands in the local market.

The chosen candidate will report directly to the Head of Commercial and will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities, while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

This is a hybrid hunter-farmer sales role, ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a confident presence, and a solid understanding of technology and modern business security needs.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Initiate and manage the full sales lifecycle, from cold contact and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Deliver compelling in-person and online solution demos tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Represent top-tier cybersecurity brands with professionalism and credibility in client-facing engagements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to shape proposals that align with both client expectations and technical deliverables.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure high client retention through consistent engagement and value delivery.
  • Keep clients informed of new product developments, upgrades, and emerging technologies relevant to their needs.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base and actively pursue them.
  • Work closely with marketing to align outreach campaigns with product positioning and market trends.

We’re looking for a trailblazer who:

  • Has a minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or cybersecurity-related fields.
  • Has a proven track record in new business acquisition and client account growth.
  • Is a strong communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Is persistent, confident, and highly self-motivated, with a natural drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Is fluent in Maltese and English.
  • Has good understanding of IT infrastructure and technology ecosystems; cybersecurity knowledge is a strong asset.
  • Has experience with CRM tools and sales reporting workflows.
  • Has a valid driving licence and flexibility to attend on-site client meetings.

Having an existing network of corporate contacts and decision-makers is considered an asset.
