The Malta Experience is seeking to recruit a Promoter to join its current team! The scope of this role is to promote both The Malta Experience’s audio-visual show and St Elmo’s Restaurant.
Main Duties will include:
• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Provide accurate information about the product in a positive manner
• Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
• Ability to handle customer concerns positively and proactively and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of other languages considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing, extroverted & energetic personality
• Ambitious, motivated & willing to improve yourself
• Professional appearance
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
