Housekeeper (MDC–HK 09/23)

M. Demajo Company Limited is seeking to recruit a part-time Housekeeper to ensure that hygiene, cleanliness and order are maintained in all parts of the premises.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and disinfecting offices, stairs, floors, windows, furniture and hallways on a regular basis;
• Cleaning kitchens and restrooms on a daily basis and ensuring that the necessary toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided;
• Cleaning the items/products for sale as requested;
• Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean at all times;
• Emptying trash bins and ensuring that it is taken out to be collected regularly;
• Cultivating plants and flowers in reception areas and other public places;
• Preparing and serving coffee and tea as well as sandwiches where applicable.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have good verbal communication skills in English and preferably in Maltese as well;
• Be able to do manual work.
