Multi Packaging Limited is seeking to recruit a full time Sales Administrator to complement its current team. The ideal candidate must be a reliable and motivated individual, who will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining the highest standard of good practice.
The selected candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be performing the following duties amongst others:
- Processing and acknowledging customer on-call demands and incoming orders;
- Communicating with customers on PO / Demand forecasts clarifications, inventory availability or agreed dates;
- Replying to customer queries with regards to order status;
- Processing finished good items, product BOMs and item pricing in the ERP system;
- Generating work tickets and distributing orders to the Design Department;
- Coordinating with the Operations Department and ensuring that order delivery due dates are adhered to;
- Preparing reports on order book status and sales performance.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role;
- Have an ‘O’ Level standard of education;
- Have excellent administrative and organization capabilities;
- Possess good interpersonal skills;
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English;
- Be meticulous and have an ability to work efficiently under pressure.
