M. Demajo Group is seeking to recruit a Junior Administration Clerk to assist its current Human Resources team. This post calls for an individual who would like to start a career in HR.
The selected candidate will be performing the following main duties amongst others:
- Managing the vacancies inbox;
- Replying to candidates’ applications and other related correspondence;
- Organising interviews;
- Keeping records of documents issued;
- Carrying out relevant administrative duties within the Human Resources Department.
The suitable candidate must:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Be a meticulous individual with good analytical skills and eye for detail;
- Self-motivated and highly organised individual;
- be ECDL certified.
Experience is not required as on the job training shall be provided.
